Passive - Conflagration Burns enemies within a range of 375 every second, dealing (1.5% {hp}) magical damage. Deals double damage to minions and monsters. Passive - Imperil When an enemy is inflicted with a burning effect, it reduces their Health recovery and Lifesteal by 35%. Lasts 2.5s.

Passive - Apoplexy Basic Attacks deal an extra (1.5% {hp}) physical damage. When Health drops below 50%, this damage increases by 25%–50%.

Passive - Guardian When taking damage exceeding 30% max Health within 3s, restores a total of (320 + 8% {hp}) Health over 3s. ({cd}: 7s)

Background Story

“Glory to my dad!”
As the son of Liu Bei and the disciple of Kongming, Liu Shan is a man of many titles. To prove his skills, Liu Shan has been causing trouble from an early age. When war came to the streets of Yi, he abandoned his plans to conquer Jixia and joined a war the likes of which had never been seen. Liu Shan piloted his Panda Mecha One onto the battlefield, and the steampunk savant's unstoppable destructive power was impossible to ignore. In his case, the student has truly outdone the master.

Character Relationships
Liu Bei's difficult path as a father all began when someone thrust a swaddled infant into his arms. To protect the helpless child, he took it as his own son, giving him the name "Liu Shan", as yet unaware of the trouble the boy would eventually stir up.
Liu Shan, the little tyrant, was trained in machinery by his mentor Kongming, and his greatest worry was finding a way to prove himself. But then standing before the house he'd accidentally destroyed in this pursuit, he thought it wise to slip away and let his mentor foot the bill!
Cai Yan had never met Kongming, the man responsible for her father's death, but she had met one of his disciples: a panda-mecha-riding, self-absorbed, unattractive little nuisance.
Real men don't try to compete with girls. Anyway, being second is pretty much just as good as being boss!
